Wholly Frijoles Facebook Page Gaining Traction Among Fans

Get to know and see what Wholly Frijoles will offer through its Facebook page before the food truck is in operation.

Wholly Frijoles Mexican Street Foods, a Cuyahoga Falls-based food truck company, is almost ready to roll, and anticipation (along with appetite) is growing among its Facebook fanbase, according to owners Juan and Tracy Gonzalez.  "We started our Facebook page on Oct. 17, 2012 shortly after my husband started construction on the truck," said Tracy. "It's really amazing to us how important and influential social media is in starting a mobile food truck business. I'm not sure that the industry would ever have risen to this level without it. And I think we are a great example of that." Tracy said traffic on the page grew slowly at first.  "At first, it really was just our real life family and friends.
