Man Suffers 'Serious Injuries' After Falling From Route 8 Overpass
The 42-year-old man is being treated at Akron City Hospital.
Police got a call about a man walking along State Route 8 at 1:15 a.m. on Saturday morning. Before officers could reach him, the 42-year-old man reportedly fell from the highway overpass and landed on Howe Avenue. He was treated by Cuyahoga Falls EMS and taken to Akron City Hospital for "serious injuries," according to a Cuyahoga Falls police report. The incident is under investigation.
