Trio Hit With Felony Meth Charges in Cuyahoga Falls
On Dec. 14, Cuyahoga Falls police arrested and booked three suspects on possession and manufacture of methamphetamine.
Crissten Cottrell, Erin Collins and Brittany Snow were plucked from their car and arrested on Dec. 14 after a tipster spotted them at Discount Drug Mart buying ingredients commonly used for the manufacture of methamphetamine. As they left the store, the eyewitness called Cuyahoga Falls police to relay the tip. Within minutes, officers pulled the suspected meth users over in the 600 block of Portage Trail, said Falls police Lt. Dale Gramley. When police learned Cottrell had an outstanding warrant, they searched his car and found methamphetamine, and the newly purchased chemicals used to cook the drug. Awesome job by whoever called it in. By the way " Riverrat " is the best screen name on here, I love it! Meth is a nationwide problem and not getting any easier to deal with. ehhhh, I just hope this city can grow and we can minimize some of the section 8 here and keep getting good residents to buy.
