Diners will see some changes as the restaurant transitions into Beau's Grille by May 1, 2013
The Piatto Novo inside Sheraton Suites will, little by little, become a Beau's Grille. And it'll do it by May, restaurant officials say. "The Sheraton wants to bring in Beau's Grille, this great local place, and create more excitement in Cuyahoga Falls with a new menu and a concept that has worked for many years in Fairlawn," said Edson Pinheiro, food and beverage manager at the Sheraton. "We want to bring that closer to the community here." Beau's Grille, under the eye of Chef Beau Schmidt, has one location at the Akron/Fairlawn Hilton.
