Cuyahoga Falls Athletic Director Tom DiFrancesco said the high school will post the opening for the head football coach this week
As of right now, Cuyahoga Falls High School is officially without a head football coach. On Sept. 10, the Cuyahoga Falls Board of Education appointed then-coach Mike Miller as unit principal of Falls High School for the 2012-13 school year, and on Monday, the board approved his resignation as head football coach, the Falls News-Press reports. It's official. Mike Miller will no longer be the head football coach for Cuyahoga Falls, starting Aug. 29. The Cuyahoga Falls Board of Education voted unanimously Monday night to accept the resignation of Miller, who became a unit principal at Cuyahoga Falls High School in September 2012, according to the Falls News-Press. He replaced Allison Bogdan, who recently was appointed principal of Roberts Middle School. Miller, who was also the football conditioning supervisor, is a 1999 graduate of Falls High and earned his bachelor's degree from Mount Union College, where he played football and baseball.

The Cuyahoga Falls Board of Education is expected to vote on the resignation of Cuyahoga Falls High School Head Football Coach Mike Miller at its meeting tonight inside the high school's library. Miller was hired to work as a high school principal in September 2012 and continued coaching through the fall of 2012. He replaced Allison Bogdan, who recently was appointed principal of Roberts Middle School. Miller’s resignation from head coach and his position as football conditioning supervisor would go into effect Aug. 29, the News-Press reported. Cuyahoga Falls High School football coach Mike Miller will now help to lead students in the classroom as well as athletes on the field. On Sept. 10, the Cuyahoga Falls Board of Education appointed Miller as Unit Principal of Falls High School for the 2012-13 school year, reports the Falls News Press. He’ll replace Allison Bogdan who recently was appointed principal of Roberts Middle School.
