Revamped Farmers Market to Offer Massages, Maple Syrup and More
The market, now hosted by the city of Cuyahoga Falls, is seeing some changes this year
Ever think you'd get a massage at your nearby farmers market? Or pick up some local maple syrup? That will be a reality this year as the city of Cuyahoga Falls takes over the market. The city's now gathering vendors who sell all sorts of goods — from produce to sweets and soy-based candles. "We're also trying to get someone that has eggs and meat because this year we're moving it to the Quirk Center," said Chrystan Richardson, recreation program coordinator. "We have access to electricity so we can have a generator. We can offer more in the meats and the cheeses and the eggs, so I think that's something that will be a big change from last year."
