A major winter storm is expected to hit Cuyahoga Falls, Fairlawn, Bath, Stow, and the rest of Summit County, on Wednesday.
Updated 9:17 p.m., Dec. 25 A major snowstorm will hit Summit County starting Wednesday morning, according to the National Weather Service. Forecasters have predicted 6 to 10 inches of snow -- possibly mixed with sleet -- and 20 to 30 mph winds. Chance of precipitation: 100 percent. The winter storm warning will be in effect from 7 a.m. Wednesday to 7 a.m. Thursday. Temperatures will hover around 31 degrees throughout the day. Across the region A blizzard warning is in effect for counties across Northeast Ohio, including: Cuyahoga, Lorain, Erie, Huron, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, Lake and the lakeshore communities of Ashtabula County, WEWS reports.

David Dee and Lisa Ann... I know that you'd be the first to complain if this recent storm lived up to the hype and the media didn't focus on it ENOUGH. I bet this focus saved a lot of lives, or at the very least, fender benders, as it helped people prepare for it.   more ›
