Have anyone been to the Brimfield Outdoor Antique Show in Brimfield, MA?
Lynda Zielinski December 31, 2012 at 03:29 pm
We used to go but it's been years. Literally miles of antique dealers, a great variety ofRead More merchandise there.

There are many senior citizens that have beautiful antique items and are staying in theirRead More "homes" just to keep from selling the items they value. The owners have a value they feel items are worth, their children think "old clutter" but someone like you has much to offer in knowledge and advice. Thanks for sharing any information possible in the near future.

what is missing in the calculation is a enjoyment of use (getting the use of the item replacedRead More until you sell) in which the fiber-cement would fall to the bottom of the list like a cement stone

Your local home improvement company, A. Caspersen Company can help you with all your remodelingRead More needs!

This is funny to me since last year we completely remodeled our kitchen (brand new upgradedRead More EVERYTHING, including cabinets, granite, stainless steel, etc.) and in 3 weeks we're having our siding, front door and roof replaced. A realtor told us at best we'd sell our house faster, but we wouldn't "recoup" a dime of it.

I would buy this townhome if I were househunting, although it obviously needs a lot of love; nothingRead More some paint and a bit of cash wouldn't fix.

I bought a similar townhouse at foreclosure in the same neighborhood 18 months ago. I paid lessRead More than $48,000. Living here is like living in Sherwood Forrest. Be careful about the units in the neighborhood, some do NOT have city water.

These resemble Timber Trash, err, I mean Top. Are these constructed by the same builders?

Over 13,000 Realtors attended a "Save the American Dream Rally" in Washington, DC, onRead More Thursday, May 18th. What a statement the National Association of Realtors made to our politicians. Many of those 13,000 men and women spent time with their Senators and Congressmen on the Hill to discuss homeownership issues. We were disappointed more of them didn't join us at the base of the Washington Monument to rally along side us. Keep the interest deduction for home owners which does encourage ownership thus keeping the economy moving in the right direction. NOW is a great time to purchase a Home!!

Hi Neal, The cons are what a particular panelist said were cons. That's why they are under aRead More person's name. Thanks for reading!

I think we should keep fracking, and, in fact allowing oil dollars to dictate all of ourRead More environmental choices until we succeed in achieving a feature-film caliber post-apocalyptic society. The most important thing isn't what life on this planet will be like 50 years from now, but whether our lives now are entirely convenient and familiar. The government and the corporations who own it know what's best for us.
