The Root Cafe is amazing. There is lots of space, the staff is super friendly, the drinks are great (and inexpensive), and they don't mind if I sit by the lovely window and work for a few hours. This is really a great place.

I love this place. The decor is beautiful, the drinks are inexpensive, it's big and the furniture is comfortable.
One of the things I like most about this place is the space - there's so much room it's easy to find a quite corner. And the staff is super friendly.
Root cafe offers a lovely place to enjoy a coffee and a pastry with my husband when we justification want to enjoy each other's company after a day of work and day to day business.
This is a wonderful place to go to catch up with friends or even have a casual no fuss, conversational date night. If you are looking for a quiet place to eat for lunch, this is the place with your choice of sandwiches, salads, and beverages; you do not even need to brown bag it.
A perfect home away from home, office or work space, very comfortable and the best most accomadating barristas in town. You wont find a more welcoming place outside of your own. And its kid friendly!
It is by far the nicest coffee shop in town! It is comfortable, roomy, the staff are welcoming, and I hear the coffee is the great although I prefer tea - which they have a large selection of loose tea as well as hot chocolate, hot apple cider, and any of the latte's are delicious without the esspresso. A great place to meet with friends.
Definately well worth finding. They've got far more space than most coffee shops so you don't feel bad staying for hours. Also a lot more flavor options that usual. Perfect little hideaway.
