Piatto Novo
The charming, upscale Piatto Novo is located in the Sheraton Suites Akron hotel. It overlooks the gorge and cascading falls of the Cuyahoga River and is known as one of the most romantic dining spots in the area. Chef Roger Thomas is behind the Italian and seafood cuisine and homemade desserts. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends. The bar specializes in martinis.
