Summa Western Reserve Hospital Wins NorthCoast 99 Award

Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Sept. 16, 2013– The Employers Resource Council has named Summa Western Reserve Hospital one of Northeast Ohio’s best places to work with its annual NorthCoast 99 award. "We’re proud to be recognized as a NorthCoast 99 institution, and we’re especially proud of our wonderful staff that has helped earn the designation," said Dr. Robert Kent, President and CEO, Summa Western Reserve Hospital. "Attracting and retaining top performers is key to the success of any organization, and the professionalism and expertise of our staff is shown in the quality of the healthcare and services we provide."

"NorthCoast 99 organizations have redefined the Northeast Ohio workplace in good and tough times," said ERC President Pat Perry. "They have crafted a strategy and put initiatives in place designed to compete locally, nationally and globally through top performer attraction and retention.
