Summa Western Reserve Infusion Center to Host Community Cancer Awareness Event Jan. 28

Summa Western Reserve Hospital’s Infusion Center will host the free cancer awareness event “A Celebration of Life, Hope and Prevention” on Monday, January 28, 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. in the hospital auditoriums located at 1900 23rd St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.

Summa Western Reserve Hospital Physical Therapy, Lung Health Program and dieticians will also address cancer prevention. Special guest speakers during the event include:

  • 12 p.m. - Cathy McNamara, R.N. - Cancer Diagnosis, What to Expect
  • 12:30 p.m.  - Nancy Dame, Registered Dietician - Nutrition and Cancer Prevention
  • 1:00 p.m.  - Dr. Margie Gerena-Lewis - Lung Cancer
