Gymnastics Team Wins NOC River Conference

The varsity gymnastics squad posted a team record score of 134.575.

The Cuyahoga Falls gymnastics team was crowned the Northeast Ohio Conference River division Champions on Feb. 2, according to the athletics website.

The team posted a record score of 134.575.

Junior Nicole Rozsa placed first in the all around, vault, bars and floor events and was named MVP of the meet and Gymnast of the Year for the River division.

Senior Stephanie Rozsa earned all conference honors on floor with her second place finish. 

Freshman Maddie Johnston also had an outstanding meet placing third on vault and third in the all around.

The team will move on to the sectional meet at Medina High School on Feb. 9.
