Cuyahoga Falls School Board Appoints President

Two members were sworn in at the first 2012 meeting.

The 2012 swore in Dave Rump as board president Jan. 4. He, as well as Kellie Patterson, joins this year’s board as leaders. Patterson will serve as board vice president.

“I’m sure I’ll work well with all of the board,” Rump said following the short ceremony. “I’m really looking forward to it. It’s a new year, new challenges.”

Also in the board president’s comments, he mentioned a goal to let everyone speak freely. He knows there are many items to address, and he plans to keep track of education plans while serving.
