Auto Show Coming to Woodridge High; Sign Your Classic Car up Now

The car show will be one of the main attractions for Community Day -- an August event garnering voter support for the upcoming Woodridge Local Schools levy.

Ladies and gentlemen, start your classic engines!

The are seeking out community members who would like to participate in the first ever Woodridge Car Show.

The show will be one of the main events included in the district's Community Day on Aug. 4 at Woodridge High School, according to Woodridge public relations specialist Christy Weaver.

The day-long event will also feature food, inflatables, community tables, vendors, face painting, music and a fireworks display.

Community Day will also garner support for the If passed, the 6.83-mill levy would generate $3 million in revenue over the next five years and cost property owners an additional $209 per year for every $100,000 in valuation.
