Update: Boil Alert on Graham Road

Water main rupture causes water pressure to drop; boil water for 2 minutes.

The water main rupture that closed Graham Road between Prange Drive and Lillis Drive has triggered a boil alert for residents affected by the water disruption.

The Cuyahoga Falls Water Utility Department issued the following statement:

"On Saturday, September 8, 2012 following a water main repair, the water dropped below pressure. Therefore, as a safeguard in accordance to EPA regulations, a boil alert has been issued for Graham Road only, between Prange Drive and State Road until Monday, September 10, 2012 at 12 noon. To ensure safety, please boil your water for a minimum of two minutes."
