POLL: Three Days of Ohio Early Voting Restored by Federal Judge

Judge agrees with Obama campaign that the law was unconstitutional.

An Ohio law that cut out three days of early voting was ruled unconstitutional by a federal judge today, according to The Plain Dealer

Traditionally, voters could go to the polls and vote through the Monday before Election Day. An election reform law that stopped the early voting on Friday essentially eliminated three days of early voting.

President Barack Obama's campaign and Ohio's Democratic Party sued Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted, saying the law was unconstitutional.

Judge Peter C. Economus of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio overruled the law today and restored the three voting days.

Husted said he was reviewing the decision and had nothing to say about it, the Huffington Post reports.

JR- If they are "secret" bank accounts, who told you? If he put money someplace else, why?

I hate successful people! I want everyone on food stamps. Everyone should have equal outcomes managed by the federal government. It isn't fair that someone has more than me. Rich people didn't earn their money, they stole it from the poor.

I remember one person interviewed who registered to vote 96 times last election. I guess the system really does work.
