Natatorium Plans to Upgrade Fitness Equipment

An ordinance allowing the parks and recreation board to enter into a contract with Commercial Fitness Solutions, Inc. for the purchase of fitness machines was discussed at Monday night's .
The plan is to replace 10 Precor tredmills and 16 Precor elipticals.

"We are replacing our 2004 pieces with new on the upper fitness floor," said, facility director.
"Therefore, our entire fleet of treads and ellipticals will be 2009 and newer."

Visner said a handful of additional items will be added to the lower fitness floor as well.
City Council will vote on the measure at its next regular meeting.
