Unsupervised Minors Prohibited From Rockin' on the River Past 8 p.m.

The area between Oakwood Avenue and Broad Boulevard, along the Riverfront Mall and boardwalk, will remain a restricted area where unsupervised children – 17 and under -- will not be permitted between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Parents or guardians of juveniles cited for violating the curfew could face a fine of $50. Those who violate the ordinance will be detained at the Falls police station and could be transferred to juvenile detention centers if they’re not picked up by parents within three hours of being arrested.
