Cuyahoga Falls' Leaf Pickup Program: Everything You Need to Know

• Visit the city's website at www.cityofcf.com and click on leaf pickup in the rotating box.  
• Call the leaf line at 330-971-8031.
• Visit the Utility Billing Department located at 2310 Second St. during regular business hours. 

Leaves must be raked to the curb in loose piles by 7 a.m. on the day of pickup for your street. Leaves will not be picked up if mixed with tree limbs and debris. Do not rake leaves into the street; it causes clogging of the storm sewer system and creates serious problems of street flooding during periods of heavy rains.

Crews may pick up bulk piles of leaves a day or two in advance of scheduled pickups. However, they will return to a given area on the regularly-scheduled day.

After your last pick up day, leaves placed in brown paper yard waste bags will be collected curbside by the Sanitation Division on your city trash pickup schedule.  Do not place leaves in plastic bags or any other container for trash pickup.  This is prohibited by City ordinance.

Inclement weather conditions or holidays could cause minor variations in the collection program. Do not park cars on your street on pick up days, as it may be impossible to pick up the leaves.

Rulings of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency prohibit all open burning, including leaves.
