Ward 4 Councilman Mark Ihasz is planning to resign in about three weeks because he is moving out of state.
Ihasz, a Democrat, told the Falls News-Press he did not file petitions to seek re-election because "we have an opportunity to relocate out of state. Therefore, I will be resigning my seat on Cuyahoga Falls Council effective Friday, July 12, 2013."
