The deputies actions are deplorable. The others who looked on, didn't stop it and didn't get a supervisor should be reprimanded as well. We do a disservice to our community when we let those who are suppose to protect us get away with unacceptable bahavior.

Who cares, one.....it's a decent song and two, they are in jail, dance. I've heard of more deplorable things like having sex with inmates so this, just does not cut it for me. Ask your self why the other people did not get a supervisor.....it's because they do not care. There are also studies that show that dancing improves mood so maybe h sheriffs deputy had a reason

I have heard of way worse things that happened in jail where the officers in charge were only reprimanded or suspended temporarily. Firing seems extreme.

MrWayne, it is demeaning to the inmates. I don't care what they are in jail for. Being imprisoned is punishmnent enough for their crimes. Being made to beg for services by dancing is atrocious. And just because worse things happen doesn't mean we should let the smaller offenses go by unpunished. Inmates are still people. And they are people in our society that we are responsible for.
