Lane Restrictions Near Construction For New Complex

Expect lane restrictions near the new Watermark complex for the next few months.

The orange barrel season has arrived in Cuyahoga Falls.

Beginning Monday, the southbound lanes of Front Street will be closed at Prospect Avenue to allow for construction to continue on the Watermark Building, a new four-story, mixed-use building across the street from .

The city reminds motorists, that two-way traffic will be maintained in the remaining northbound lanes. These lane restrictions will remain in place for the next 90 days.

The Testa Companies’ is expected to be finished in the fall of 2011. The building will host business space on the ground floor and state-regulated senior housing on the second and third floors. The fourth floor will be condominiums.
