Candidate Statement:

Walters detailed his leadership goals and efforts, which include throwing block parties in his Ward and hosting neighborhood meetings to inform the residents about what services are available to them.

“We need more neighbors that know each other and sometimes when you have rental homes, the people come and go. You don’t get that continuity like we need and like it was when I was growing up,” he said.
