Boil Alert Issued in Cuyahoga Falls (Again)

Due to water main repairs, a section of the city will need to boil drinking water to avoid potential health risks.

A boil alert has been issued for only the east side of State Road between Hunter Parkway and Cochran Road until Wednesday, July 18 at 9:00 p.m., according to cityofcf.com.

To ensure safety, residents in the affected area are asked to boil their water for a minimum of two minutes.

The alert was issued after water dropped below pressure on Monday during a water main repair on State Road.
