Boil Alert Issued by Cuyahoga Falls Water Superintendent

The alert will be lifted at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Following a valve replacement, water dropped below pressure on Marcia Boulevard, according to Cuyahoga Falls Water Superintendent John Christopher.

As a safeguard, in accordance with EPA regulations, a boil alert has been issued from the 2800 block of Marcia Boulvard to Highpoint Road.

Christopher advises affected residents should boil their water for at least two minutes.
