U.S. Marshals Arrest Falls Man Wanted on Multiple Felony Counts

Neal Benner, 41, was taken into custody on Tuesday and transported to Summit County Jail.

U.S. Marshals arrested a Cuyahoga Falls man on Tuesday after several felony warrants were issued against him.

Neal Benner, 41, was plucked from his residence on Silver Lake Boulevard and went peacefully into custody, according to Jeff Irwin, of the Marshal’s office in Akron.

“Benner was wanted on multiple felony counts...out of Summit, Ashland and Portage County,” said Irwin.

The list of charges include burglary, theft and fraud.

Benner is being held in Summit County Jail.
