Scam Costs Elderly Man $4,000; Another String of Burglaries Reported: Crime Blotter

On April 4, an 81-year-old Cuyahoga Falls man was scammed out of $4,200 when he sent cash via MoneyGram to a con man in Lima, Peru. There are no leads or suspects, according to the police report.
