is being held in Summit County Jail for allegedly raping a victim under the age of 13, and there’s a chance he may never leave prison.
Frederick, 24, of Streetsboro, was charged with rape and gross sexual imposition last week and could face a life sentence if convicted, according to a Summit Court of Common Pleas clerk.
Frederick is scheduled to go before Judge Kim Hoover for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday, June 13.
His bond has been set at $250,000.
On June 8, Falls police issued the first- and third-degree felony rape charges and arrested him in the middle of a shift at on State Road, said police Lt. Steve Guldeman.
