Police Searching Hampton Hills Metro Park for Missing Akron Woman

Susan Ramsdell, 48, has been missing since Wednesday morning. Her car was found in Hampton Hills Metro Park - Top O' the World area off West Bath Road in Cuyahoga Falls.

Akron Police are combing through sections of the Hampton Hills Metro Park for an Akron woman who's been missing since Wednesday morning.

Susan Ramsdell, 48, a French horn player and music teacher, "left a note inside her Akron home indicating she might be intent on committing suicide," reports the Akron Beacon Journal.

Officers got a fresh lead on Thursday when they found her car in the Top O' the World recreation area, located at 1286 West Bath Road in Cuyahoga Falls.

However, as of Friday afternoon, Ramsdell had not yet been found.
