Police Continue Investigation on Third High School Bomb Threat

The two bomb threats made earlier in the school year may be related to the third.

Although nothing "suspicious" was initially found the third time a bomb threat was emailed into Cuyahoga Falls High School this year, police are still investigating.

Students were sent home the morning of May 24 after authorities learned of the threat. Those who did not have a ride were sent to the Natatorium.

The other two bomb threats happened on April 29 and March 8.

"This threat appears to be different than the first; however, it does appear to be related," Superintendent Todd M. Nichols told the Cuyahoga Falls News-Press. " … City officials are working with the district and federal agencies to investigate the threats."

Anyone with information should call the police department at 330-971-8334 or  Crimestoppers at 330-434-COPS.
