Police Blotter: Urine Thrown at Taco Bell Employee

Assault
An employee working at the on Howe Avenue told police that on Sept. 16, an unknown black male threw a bottle of reported urine at them while working the drive thru window. The victim could not give a good description of the man and complained of eye irritation. treated the victim on the scene.

An employee with Cuyahoga Falls Electric Service reports that someone broke a light on the west side of the substation building at 9 E. Portage Trail sometime between Sept. 18 and 19. A brick from the 2200 block of Front Street was used to damage the light. Police said that the suspect also broke the awning, a window, a fan and several sections of fencing in the 2200 block of Front Street along with a window in the 2100 block of Front Street. Damages are in excess of $1,000.

A man living in the 600 block of Tallmadge Road told police that sometime between Sept. 16 and 17, someone threw two bags of concrete mix, lawn chairs and table, about 50 roofing nails, two caulking guns, roof shingles and two buckets of vinyl into his above ground pool. There was no damage to the pool, and the man was able to remove all items with no incident.
Prohibited Weapon
On Sept. 15, a student admitted to having a kitchen knife in his pocket while at school. The boy told police he brought it with him because he believed he was going to get jumped by another student after school and he brought it in self defense. The boy was released to his parents.
