Police Blotter: Two Arrested For Driving Stolen Car
The following information was supplied by the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
On Sept. 24 around 6 p.m., Cuyahoga Falls police stopped a gold Chevy Trailblazer on Front Street and Englewood that was reported stolen from Akron. Jodilyn Lister was driving and Nicholas Anton was the passenger. Police said that numerous items that had been stolen from a car in Tallmadge were in the Trailblazer. These items include a GPS and a laptop. A JCPenney credit card stolen from Munroe Falls was also recovered.
Lister was charged with one count of receiving stolen property (motor vehicle), a fourth-degree felony; two counts of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; and two counts of receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Anton was charged with receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; and two counts of receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor.
