Police Blotter: Theft, Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damaging

The following information was supplied by the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Theft

  • An employee of on Howe Avenue told police that on Aug. 9, Timothy Quinn of Akron stole $211 worth of merchandise from the store. Quinn was charged with theft, which is a first-degree misdemeanor.
  • A Towpath Motors employee told police that sometime between Aug. 7 and 8, someone stole a dealer plate off of one of the cars that was parked in the used car lot. Total loss is estimated at $50.

Disorderly Conduct

  • Amy Croft was arrested on Aug. 8 when she caused inconvenience, annoyance or alarm to fellow residents in the 3200 block of Prange Drive when she was continuously yelling and screaming at the father of her son.

Criminal Damaging

  • A man living in the 2300 block of Frederick Drive told police that sometime between Aug. 6 and 7, someone damaged his storage shed by tearing off the shingles from one side of the roof. A 10-foot by four-foot section of shingles has to be replaced. Estimated loss is $100.
