Police Blotter: Suspicious Vehicle Held Three With Drugs

Drug Possession

  • Police responded to a suspicious vehicle at Timberbrook Drive's dead end, Jan. 15. Inside the 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix was a female adult and two girls. Police smelled marijuana and found a bag of marijuana and a pipe in the car. The three were said to be guilty of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia. The woman was issued misdemeanor citations and the other two were referred to juvenile court.

  • On Jan. 14, an unlocked 1996 Audi A4 was broken into overnight. A Garmin GPS, and wallet with $40, bank card and license were stolen. The total loss was $305 at 389 Middlestone Way.
  • At the , $200 was taken from a man's locker. The padlock was broken to remove the money from his wallet and jeans, Jan. 14.

Burglary

  • At 1300 Bailey Road, a person entered the apartment and stole a 32-inch flat screen television, iPad, HP desk top, DVD player and two blankets. The stolen items were worth about $2,500 and it occured Jan. 15.
  • On Jan. 16, an XBox 360 and three games, worth $300, were taken from 1081 Clyde Avenue.
