Police Blotter: Public Indecency, Menacing, Assault

Public Indecency
A man living in the 200 block of Wadsworth Avenue told police that on Aug. 9, his upstairs neighbor was wearing a woman's outfit which exposes his genitals fully. The man told police that his child saw the suspect in plain view. The father does not want to prosecute at this time.
Menacing

The manager of the on Front Street told police that on Aug. 9, an unknown male left a note for a San Diego man staying at the hotel saying that he would end up dead or in jail. Police have no leads.
Assault

A man told police that on Aug. 10, he was punched in the mouth several times outside of . The man said that he was trying to break up a fight which led to him being punched. Police said the man refused EMS but had some redness in his mouth area.
Breaking and Entering
An employee of State 8 Motorcycle on Cuyahoga Falls Industrial Parkway told police that on Aug. 10, someone threw a landscaping brick through a window at the business. Once inside, the person(s) tried to steal a dirt bike valued at $7,000. Estimated cost for replacing the window is $500.
