A drunken couple decided to lay down on a Hollywood Avenue sidewalk for a little rest and relaxation, that is, until broke up their Saturday night nap. To make matters worse, the duo also had their six-year-old daughter with them. The man was arrested, the woman was taken to detox and the child was driven to a relative’s house. Busted with a bong

Two kids were picked up by officers on State Road Friday night for a curfew violation. One of the children had a glass bong, a glass pipe and cigarettes on him. In the police report, officers indicated the pipes appeared to be coated with traces of marijuana. After being cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, they were released to their mothers.

Double trouble

A man called police Thursday afternoon and reported that his house, located on the 700 block of Lehigh Street, had been burglarized.
