Possession of drug manufacturing chemicals
Michael J. Sullivan of Mogadore was charged with possession of chemicals to manufacture drugs after police pulled over his vehicle and found four boxes of psuedophedrine and a quart of denatured alcohol, chemicals used to make crystal methamphetamines, at 12:47 p.m. Nov. 12. Sullivan was charged with a felony and taken to Summit County jail.
Assault

A husband and wife reported being assaulted by their landlord on the 800 block of Loomis Avenue at about 3:10 p.m. on Nov. 13. The wife experienced chest pains after the landlord pinned her against a sliding glass door, police said, and she was taken to for evaluation. The husband said the landlord struck him in the nose but didn’t cause any injury. The wife intends to prosecute.

A resident of the 2200 block of Harding Road said a person against whom she has a pending assault charge followed her for several blocks and at one point started to get out of the vehicle to approach her at about 3:00 Nov. 12.
Felony fleeing and eluding
Eloy R. Morales of Cleveland was charged with felony fleeing after trying to elude police in a high-speed chase between 2:10 and 2:21 p.m. Nov. 12 and crashing his black Volvo. He was also charged with resisting arrest.
Identity fraud/theft
A resident of 4200 Americana Drive reported her ADP Visa card had been taken and $850 had been withdrawn from the account between Nov. 5 and Nov. 11.
Burglary
A Cleveland Heights woman was arrested on charges of burglary and theft from a residence on the 400 block of Broad Boulevard shortly after noon on Nov. 11. Police said Dana C. Davis of Cleveland Heights entered the back door of the Broad residence and took a wallet.
Criminal mischief
Cuyahoga Falls police and fire personnel were called to three separate leaf fires that appeared to be deliberately set between 9:15 and 10:25 p.m. on Nov. 11. All the fires were set near 27th and Marcia streets. No damage to property was reported.
