Police Blotter: 13-Year-Old Boy Robbed at Gunpoint

The following information was supplied by the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 13-year-old boy told police that on Aug. 19, he was robbed of his backpack at gunpoint near .

Police said that the boy was walking on the boardwalk behind the pavilion stage, 2085 Front St., when two black males stopped him. One of the suspects pointed a semi-automatic gun at him while the other acted as a lookout.

Police said the backpack and its contents is valued at $375, and there are no leads or suspects.
