Parking Deck Indecency; Natatorium Theft; and Aggravated Menacing: Crime Blotter

Questionable character

Cuyahoga Falls police responded to the 2600 block of Front Street July 26 after receiving a report that a 69-year-old Cuyahoga Falls man was masturbating in the Town Center parking deck.

Police saw the man had a suspicious wet spot on his pants, but the man told officers he had peed his pants and denied committing the lewd act. 

He was cited for disorderly conduct. 

Desperate measures


A woman's gas tank was drained July 25 while parked in the 2900 block of Lillis Avenue. 

According to the police report, an unknown person siphoned the fuel.  

Pill-popping thief

A thief fled the Natatorium July 26, making off with over 100 Oxycodone painkillers. The addictive, opium-derived pills were reportedly stolen from a member's unsecured gym bag.

According to the police report, there are no leads. 

Threat not taken lightly

A woman living in the 3400 block of Keyser Parkway reported an unidentified man had made serious threats against her family on July 25, and she believes the man plans to inflict "serious physical harm," according to a police report.

There are no leads, but police are investigating.
