Bicycle bumps into car on Portage Trail near Bolich Middle School

A minor accident on Portage Trail near Bolich Middle school Wednesday afternoon drew a crowd, but apparently involved no injuries. 

According to Cuyahoga Falls police, a 12-year-old boy at the Portage Trail crosswalk near 13th Street allowed his bicycle to drift into the side of a passing eastbound car on Portage Trail about 4:10 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

Police said the car received minor damage and the bicycle no damage. There were no injuries, police said. The bicyclist was cited for encroaching on a right of way.
