Man Arrested Three Times in Two Days
The following information was supplied by the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Police said that on Aug. 17 at around 7:45 p.m., they arrested John Washnock, 31, at 530 Francis Ave. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Police said also that Washnock had an open container of alcohol with him in his vehicle. He was released on $500 bond for the OVI and was cited and released on the other charges.
Later that night around 1:30 a.m., police said that Washnock was found by officers near the front of the in a highly intoxicated and agitated state. Police said that Washnock was yelling expletives and shouting about religious matters. He was taken to the city jail and issued a citation.
The next day around 8 p.m., Washnock was found by police that have taken a $4 bottle of Twisted Tea alcohol from a vendor at Rockin' on the River. Washnock was arrested after a short foot chase with police. Police said Washnock was charged with theft and disorderly conduct for being highly intoxicated.
