UPDATE Grandfather Faces Charges in 1-Year Old's Death

arrest a 46-year old Cuyahoga Falls man in connection with the death of his 1-year old grandchild.

Michael Yoder was arrested at his home Wednesday at 2 p.m., according to a police press release. He faces charges of child endangering, a felony of the third degree, and involuntary manslaughter, a felony of the third degree. The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office reports Yoder's granddaughter, Isabella Jones, died in an accidental drowning when she was left unattended in a bathtub.

The child was under Yoder's supervision on March 30, 2011, when the incident took place.

Jones was taken to Akron Children's Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
