Falls Police: Heroin Bust Yields Four Felony Charges; Suspect in Custody

On Saturday night, Michael Dandridge, 22, of Cuyahoga Falls, was found unconscious in his 2012 Ford Explorer with a large stash of what appeared to be heroin, police say.

At 9:30 p.m. Saturday night, Falls police and fire found Michael Dandridge, 22, of Cuyahoga Falls, sitting unconscious in an SUV at the intersection of Britain Road and Howe Avenue.

They also found a large stash of what appeared to be heroin in the 2012 Ford Explorer, according to a report.

Once Dandridge regained consciousness, police arrested and charged him with aggravated trafficking in drugs, illegal manufacturing of drugs and possession of drugs: all first-degree felonies.

He was also charged with criminal tools; a fifth-degree felony and drug paraphernalia; a first-degree misdemeanor.

When emergency services first arrived on scene, they smashed through the passenger side of Dandridge's locked car to examine him. As he awoke, they determined he was under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and officers began searching his car.

Following his arrest, he was taken to Summit County Jail.
