Falls Man Arrested on Child Porn Charges

A arrest a 26-year old Falls man for having child pornography in his possession.
Timothy Cherveny faces charges for pandering in a sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a second-degree felony.
Police arrested Cherveny after using a search warrant at 7:50 a.m. to enter a residence in the 2200 block of Maitland Ave. Detectives seized several electronic items from his home including computers and storage devices, according to a police press release.
