Cuyahoga Falls Woman Savagely Beaten; Suspected Attempted Murderer in Custody
Alexander P. Cooper, 18, of Cuyahoga Falls, is being charged with attempted aggravated murder, kidnapping, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.
A Cuyahoga Falls woman is recovering from her injuries Monday after she was beaten unconscious while she was being robbed early Sunday morning.
The Cuyahoga Falls Police Department responded to the 3rd Street residence for a reported robbery around 5:19 a.m., according to the Cuyahoga Falls Police Facebook page.
The woman said Alexander P. Cooper, 18, of Cuyahoga Falls, broke into her residence through a side door, made death threats and assaulted her to the point where she lost consciousness.

She was tied up and several of her belongings were removed.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where she is recovering from her injuries.

Cooper was arrested by Stow Police shortly afterward
He's being held in the city jail awaiting arraignment in Stow Municipal Court on charges of attempted aggravated murder, kidnapping, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.
