Cuyahoga Falls Police Take Down Meth Lab
What was initially thought to be a burglary in progress turned out to be something else entirely.
On Dec. 7 at 11:47 a.m., Cuyahoga Falls Police received a call that an alleged burglar was climbing through a window at 2522 State Rd #2.
Officers responded to the apartment and quickly concluded a crime was in progess, but not a burglary, according to a police press release.
The Cuyahoga Falls Police Narcotics Unit obtained a search warrant, and raided the apartment later in the day.

Rix, 29, of Akron, was already in custody on several outstanding arrest warrants.
"Rix was booked into the Cuyahoga Falls city jail pending his court appearance," said Falls Police Sgt. James Singleton in a prepared statement. "The Narcotics unit is further evaluating the evidence seized during the search and further charges are expected against other suspects."
