Conviction in Meth Lab Raid
Silver Lake Avenue resident pleads guilty to manufacture of drugs charge.
Cuyahoga Falls resident John Richmond has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a of his home in May on suspicion that he was running a methamphetamine lab in his home.
According to the Summit County Common Pleas Courtillegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony, as well as misdemeanor charges of endangering children.
The plea arrangement before Summit County Common Pleas Court Judge Tammy O'Brien was approved on Sept. 16.

Several other charges, including possessing criminal tools and possessing marijuana, were dismissed as part of the plea agreement, the court said.
Police in a press release issued after the arrest said, “On May 10, 2011, the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department Narcotics Unit during an investigation learned of a methamphetamine lab located at 740 Silver Lake (Ave.) in Cuyahoga Falls.”

Sentencing is set for Oct. 13.
