Breaking and Entering Attempt Foiled by Resident
The following information was supplied by the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A woman living in the 2500 block of Fourth Street told police that on July 29, her 14-year-old son went out the back door and saw a man standing in the backyard by their garage.
The boy yelled out to the suspect, who took off running. Police said that a second man ran out of the garage.
The victims told police that nothing was taken or damaged.
