Beer Garden Stabbing; Molotov Mischief; and Grand Theft Malibu: Crime Blotter

Knife to meet you

A 44-year-old Cuyahoga Falls man was reportedly stabbed by an unidentified man outside the Chestnut Beer Garden on June 29.

The man was treated at Summa Western Reserve Hospital and Akron City Hospital.

Police are investigating the incident. 

Bizarre


On June 28, a known suspect allegedly detonated a Molotov cocktail in a resident's front yard in the 2800 block of Revere Road.

The suspect also reportedly "defecated" on the resident's car and fled, according to a police report. 

The Cuyahoga Falls Detective's Bureau is investigating the incident. 

Grand theft Malibu


A man's 2006 Chevrolet Malibu was reportedly stolen from the 3700 block of State Road on June 27.

There are no leads or suspects.

Total loss: $4,200.
